Your Umrah, done right

Saudi Arabia issues visas through its own government website. The eVisa portal at visa.visitsaudi.com handles tourist visas, which may be used to perform Umrah.
You do not need to pay anyone to fill in these forms. Search results are full of intermediaries charging several times the government fee for the same application — some are licensed agents, many are not, and from a search result they look identical. Apply directly and you pay the official fee only.
Go Labbayk does not process visas and takes nothing from these links. Visa issuance is a government function.
Bathe (ghusl), wear the two white unstitched cloths (men) or modest dress (women), and make the intention: 'Labbayk Allahumma bi-'Umrah'. From this point, ihram restrictions apply — no perfume, no cutting hair or nails.
Recite continuously: 'Labbayk Allahumma labbayk. Labbayka la shareeka laka labbayk. Innal-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk. La shareeka lak.'
Circle the Kaaba seven times anti-clockwise, beginning and ending in line with the Black Stone. Use the counter to keep track — losing count is the most common first-timer mistake.
Pray two short rak'ahs behind Maqam Ibrahim (or anywhere in the mosque if crowded), then drink Zamzam water while standing and make du'a.
Walk seven laps between the hills of Safa and Marwah, beginning at Safa. One direction counts as one lap. Men lightly jog between the two green markers.
Men shave the head (halq — greater reward) or trim all around (taqsir). Women cut a fingertip-length from the end of their hair. Your Umrah is complete — ihram restrictions are lifted.
